Monsoon High Tea & Food Photography At Aquafire, Vile Parle, Mumbai

Monsoon is here and so is our wish to binge on something chatpata, chai and pakodas being at the top of our list. Aquafire has taken this wishlist, given it a modern twist and come up with the perfect Rainy Season High-Tea Menu :) Thanks for having me over for the bloggers meet to check it out!

I walked in thinking that maybe it will be just 2-3 varieties of different pakodas but there is so much delicious innovation here, all I can say is do check them out and try everything from Bread Pakodas, Bun Muska, Lotus Stem Crispies, Misal Fondue to my absolute favorites Chocolate Mousse, Potato Bhajji and Potato wada with Sugarcane :)

Tea drinkers must not miss the Kulhad Chai, I am not a tea person myself but I know exactly how a tea lover in India loves his/her cuppa chai. This is IT. The nectar. I liked the Kulhad Chai version with Lemongrass a lot actually. I am not much of a words person and let my pictures do the talking. Trust me, every dish here tastes even better than it looks in my pictures with the flavors, textures and combination of spices spot on in everything. It was a pleasure noshing on them.

The ambiance being elegant and suited for fine dine, with the quantity of every item being quite hearty and price point real value for money, I find this concept of Monsoon High-Tea absolutely recommendation worthy. There cannot be anything better than chilling here with friends, being served crunchy bhajjis, crispies and pakodas by super polite and helpful staff while watching it drizzle through those gorgeous floor to ceiling windows at Aquafire. Vile Parle sure is happening!
